Yes, we only work with salons that have an active registered business.

3. Can I order product samples before I start selling?
Yes - once your application is verified you can order a starter pack with samples.

4. Do you offer training support for salons?
Yes. We run regular online training (webinars) and give you access to educational material about the products and about selling them.

5. Do I need an online shop or retail sales in the salon?
No, but retail in the salon is a real advantage - our cosmetics complement treatments and raise the value of your services.

6. How do orders and deliveries work?
Orders are placed online through the B2B panel. Delivery takes 1-3 working days across Poland.

7. Can I end the cooperation at any time?
Yes, there is no long-term contract. You can stop at any time by letting us know by e-mail.

8. Are the products tested on animals?
No - all our cosmetics are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. An ethical approach to skincare matters to us.
